You mean a purpose aside from slowly taking over the online gaming universe?  ;)

Just to provide a non-game specific forum for everyone to keep in touch through all the games everyone's in and perhaps help people connect ingame if there's anyone playing the same ones.   

I've been doing really well, keeping busy as usual.  What have you been up to lately Anu?  Still in LOTRO?

Yes, I am still playing LOTRO, along with Euphraxia...though we dont play as much as we use to.  My interest in the game is waning because Turbine seems to be trying to develop it in a "WoW fashion"...the game's quests arent as much fun as they use to be.  That said, I still consider it the best MMORPG I have played to date.

I am eagerly awaiting the alpha/beta of SWTOR....and I am also gonna check out Aion, since apparently a few of old OS are there.  I am going to read up a little on Aion to see if it is something that might catch my interest RP-wise.  Currently, I know nothing about the game.

Open Beta ends on Sunday, the 13th then servers will be closed for a week.  Anyone who pre-ordered Aion gets a headstart on Sept 20th for 2 days before the official launch for everyone else on Sept 22nd.

hiya Rei =)
nothing much really, everyone is playing those awesome new mmo's lol expect me. -sniff-
lappy can't handle the updated graphics so i am stuck till mxo emu is complete. other than that just sitting around job searching with no luck yet for more than a year searching -sigh- but ah wells. ^^
been playing as well lower end games like Ragnarok Online, that game has been having a hold on me ever since the alpha testing days. I will never be free of it T.T it keeps dragging me back to it =P
Also at times I will pop in to Audition Online, a ddr type game you can say but using keyboard than a dance pad which i am very thankful lol.

Hey guys!

Cobalt here, reporting in after a LONG absence. Hope someone still remembers me haha. I still remember the old days of MxO BETA on dialup!

How's everyone going? If I'd known MxO was free in the last little bit before it shut down I would've jacked in to say goodbye to my first ever MMO.
